About L7
L7 began in September 2003 as a way for young
professionals from a cross-section of industries to meet socially or for business networking opportunities. Each month we host between five and ten events including cocktail networking, dinner and holiday parties, wine
tasting, cooking classes, recreational events and restaurant launch parties. We also partner with museums, theaters, the philharmonic and other businesses to bring you concerts, special events and sporting events.
L7 is not a singles thing, though if you are single, chances are you'll meet others who are too. People come to our events on their own, with friends, colleagues, girlfriends, boyfriends, husbands or wives. Heck, people sometimes invite their parents (however, the usual L7
age range is late twenties to early forties). Our email list consists of more than 16,000 people and is growing every
day. By joining through the website, members receive periodic emails
about upcoming events. We do not share our list with anyone and there is no

have told us our simple concept is exactly what they're looking for. A wise L7 member was once quoted saying, “L7 brings together people, culture, aesthetics, music, restaurants and

About the instigator:
Kathrin Nolan is a native to So. Cal., serial entrepreneur and grunion hunter. Talking one day about the LA social scene, she and a friend took matters into their own hands and started organizing events to build a much needed sense of community in our beautiful city.
